What is Clione?
Clione is developed by Hanbrer Co., the Japanese company behind the professional devices used in beauty clinics across Japan. Clione Fit 2.0 takes that clinic technology and adapts it for daily use at home no appointment, no downtime, just ten minutes with your evening routine.
The device is designed to be used together with Plamine Essence or Plamine Deplore Massage Gel, a water-based serum formulated specifically to conduct the device's electrical impulses into the skin. (Never use oil-based products with Clione - oil blocks the current the device relies on.)
The five technologies, explained simply:
- EMS- Electrical Muscle Stimulation: Gentle pulse currents cause a light, repeated muscle contraction — the same principle used in facial toning treatments — to activate underlying tissue and support a more sculpted, lifted look over time.
- MFIP- Mid Frequency Interval Pulse: (Clione's patented technology, Patent No. 5872741)*A 90kHz mid-frequency pulsation designed to feel like a beautician's finger pressure. It enhances how well the skin responds to the device's other functions electroporation, EMS and RF all work better in combination with MFIP active.
- RF- Radio Frequency: High-frequency radio waves gently heat the deeper skin layers, encouraging collagen and elastin activity, supporting circulation, and contributing to a firmer, more contoured appearance.
- Dual LED Light Therapy: Red light (620nm): supports circulation and collagen activity, aimed at reducing the appearance of fine lines and restoring elasticity. Blue light (415nm): targets acne-causing factors and helps balance oil production, aimed at clearer, more refined-looking skin.
- UP - Ultra-Pulse Electroporation: Traditionally, ingredients like hyaluronic acid could only sit on the skin's surface. Electroporation uses gentle pulses to help these larger molecules move into deeper layers — a needle-free way to improve how much of your serum's active ingredients actually reach the skin.
Two modes, matched to your face:
General mode: for the eye area, lips, and more sensitive zones
MFIP efficient mode: for the face, forehead and chin, where you want the full effect.
How to use it:
- Apply Plamine Essence evenly across the face
2. Select your mode — General for delicate areas, MFIP for the rest of the face
3. Glide the device across your skin for 10 minutes total
4. Reapply essence (or mist with Plamine lotion) if it starts to dry during use — the device needs a damp surface to work properly
5. Use 2–3 times a week for best results
10 minutes with Clione Fit: before and after, no filter

FAQ
How often should I use Clione Fit? 2–3 times a week, 10 minutes per session. More frequent use isn't necessary for results and isn't recommended.
Can I use it with any serum? No, only water-based formulas like Plamine Essence, or Plamine Deplore Massage Gel. Oil-based products (oils, oil-rich creams) block the electrical current the device needs to work, so avoid pairing Clione with these.
Is it safe for sensitive skin? Yes, when used in General mode for delicate areas like the eyes and lips. If you have a specific skin condition or are unsure, we recommend a quick check-in during an online consultation before starting.
How is Clione Fit 2.0 different from the original Clione Fit? The 2.0 model features 24K gold-coated heads, designed to be gentler on sensitive skin, along with a more refined head shape for precise areas like the nasolabial folds and eyelids.
Do I need both devices? No — they target different areas. Clione Fit 2.0 is a face device; Clione SPA Plus is a scalp and hair device. Many customers start with one based on their primary concern.
