Was kann ich von einer Online-Hautberatung erwarten?

VOR DER ONLINE HAUTBERATUNG

Sobald du dir deinen Termin gesichert hast, erhältst du eine E-Mail mit einem Fragebogen zu deiner Haut. Das ist besonders wichtig, da wir uns so optimal auf den Termin vorbereiten können. Auch werde wir dich bitten, uns ungeschminkte Profilfotos zu schicken und ein Foto deiner momentan genutzten Pflegeprodukte, damit wir prüfen, ob die Inhaltsstoffe überhaupt zu deiner Haut passen.

WÄHREND DER BERATUNG

In unserer 1-stündigen Videosprechstunde führen wir eine gründliche Hautdiagnose durch: Wir besprechen deine Haut und eventuell vorhandene Probleme. Wir analysieren deine Hautpflegeroutine, die du zu Hause durchführst. Gemeinsam schauen wir uns auch deine aktuellen Kosmetikprodukte und deren Inhaltsstoffe an, ggf. deine Krankengeschichte und was du sonst noch so tun kannst, was sich positiv auf deine Haut auswirken kann. Dadurch erhalten wir ein vollständiges Bild und können dir auf dieser Grundlage geeignete Produktempfehlungen geben. Das können dann Produkte aus unserem Portfolio sein oder welche, die du selbst schon benutzt.

Bereite dich auch gerne selbst mit Fragen vor, die wir gerne beantworten.

NACH DER BERATUNG

Du erhältst eine ausführliche Follow-up EMail mit unseren Empfehlungen und Links zu Produkten aus dem Online-Shop von theFaceFace. Die Infos findest du dann auch in deinem Beauty Space in deinem Kundenaccount auf thefaceface.com.

I met Tatiana in person and actually immediately starting speaking about her beautiful skin and ways I could potentially get there. Tatiana has ever since been my guide in everything about my skin. Can not recommend enough!

Tatiana is a very committed professional, who was able to pinpoint the mistakes I was making in my skin routine and correct them. The products she recommended are simply amazing. I contacted Tatiana out of despair because I had been suffering from seborrheic dermatitis for years and was getting no satisfying solution from dermatologists. After 4 weeks of my new routine everything has cleared up and I have not been suffering from any flares to date. Simply miraculous.
